BOGMAN

 

BOGMAN: A Modern Day, Live-Action, Terminator-Style Mummy Movie.  Archaeologist Kyle Richardson discovers a Legendary Warrior Celtic Bog Mummy found off the moors of Scandinavia.  During transport, the BOGMAN becomes re-animated, then proceeds to terrorize the Texas Panhandle.  With Power and Strength beyond that of ten men, it takes everything Kyle has to battle this incredible, terrifying, unstoppable force.  
 
Production Notes:
  • BOGMAN is an Action-Sci-Fi Thriller, expected to carry a PG-13 MPAA Rating.
  • Potential for sequels, Low to mid-range budget.  TRT 90 to 100 minutes. 
  • The production will involve action sequences and many special effects.
  • An Actor-Stuntman will play the unstoppable BOGMAN, in this era of over-done CGI characters, the Title Role Actor-Stuntman will be featured in press and advertising. 

 

 

REMEMBER THE ALAMO

 
 

In 1977, in a small town in Texas, just outside Austin, the Last remaining Drive-In Movie Theater, The ALAMO is about to be shut down.  Developers are coming.  Time is running out. An unwelcome tomorrow is crashing in on this town of yesterday.  It's American Graffiti of the 70's.  There's only one chance to save THE ALAMO.                              

  
Production Notes:
  • REMEMBER THE ALAMO is an Action/Comedy-Drama.
  • Expected to carry a PG-13 MPAA Rating, with a TRT of approx. 100 minutes.
  • This production will feature an ensemble cast of veteran actors as well as new faces.
  • Efforts are underway to further develop the screenplay and attach name actors.
  • The Production will be filmed in Texas, on a low budget, with minimal locations.
  • Options for a higher budget production are also being considered.

 

 
          OTHER DRAMAS AND COMEDY FEATURE FILMS

Silver Creek Pictures is also considering other Drama and Comedy Feature Film Projects.

  • Silver Creek Pictures is seeking award-worthy Dramas to be produced Independently.
  • SCP desires to attract Name actors, writers and Directors. 
  • The Company is also seeking Comedy Feature Projects that could be produced as Independent Feature Films, are original and unique in nature, and have Box-Office potential.

 

 

Late one foggy night, two guys on a joyride end up at an old movie theater in a ghost town in the middle of nowhere.  A creepy old caretaker invites them to stay for the midnight movie.  At the strike of midnight, the place comes alive with Monsters, Creatures and Ghouls.  Will they escape?  Will they live?  Will they stay for the show?

 
Production Notes; 
  • Sequel to CREEPTALES (2004) Starring Tom Kenny, CREEPTALES 2: THE NIGHTCREEPS
  • Will be a Feature Film produced in the style of THE TWILIGHT ZONE MOVIE, with a central theme wrap-around, and several story segments in the Chiller-Thriller genre.
  • Expected to carry a MPAA PG-13 Rating, TRT will be approx. 90 minutes.
  • Silver Creek Pictures, LLC plans to produce this project exclusively with a low budget on this Independent Feature Film Production.
  • Efforts are underway to acquire story segments and attach a Name Actor. 
  • Central theme wrap-around story and screenplay has been developed, along with story boards and preliminary character designs.

OTHER MOVIE TALES

 
Several other Feature Film Projects also to be produced in the style of THE TWILIGHT ZONE MOVIE similar in format to CREEPTALES 2: The NIGHTCREEPS, with central theme wrap-arounds, and story segments are in Development. 
  • The Genres may include: Gothic/Ghost stories, Crime Drama, War Drama, Dark Comedy, Fantasy and Science Fiction, Action/Adventure and Monster Movies
  • Each independent Film is expected to carry a MPAA PG-13 or R Rating. 
  • Running time will be approx. 90 to 100 minutes each. 
  • Central theme wrap-around stories and screenplays are in Development, along with early story boards and character designs.
  • Efforts are underway to acquire story segments, and attach Name Actors.
  • To be produced exclusively through Silver Creek Pictures, LLC.

MAD LAB is an Action/Comedy-Drama revolving around the Classic Monsters of yesteryear, and their attempts, along with Doctor Heinfielder, his assistant Karl, and Creeg to save Castle Frankenstein.  A new twist on an old story, with pathos, slap-stick comedy, and state of the art Special Effects.

  • MAD LAB is expected to carry a MPAA PG-13 Rating with a TRT of approx. 100 minutes.
  • This is a High-Budget (over 10 to 50 Million), long-term Development Project.
  • On the scale of Universal's VAN HELSING (2004) Starring Hugh Jackman.
  • Minimal CGI characters, focus will be on story/characters with comedy at it's core.
  • Preliminary Production designs are underway.
  • Several drafts of the Screenplay have been completed.
  • Efforts are underway to attach name actors and a Special Effects Team.           

                       

     

 

 
               
                  OTHER SCREENPLAY DEVELOPMENT:
 
There are other screenplays available to Silver Creek Pictures for Development including:
  • YOUNG PRODUCERS: (working title) Action/Buddy Comedy originally produced as an Independent Feature Film, now being considered for a larger budget production.
  • THE BRIDEGROOM: Romantic Comedy/Drama
  • THE COLOR OF DEATH: Action/Thriller
  • OLD MOVIES: (working title) Retirement Home Caper/Adventure Comedy
  • THE WRITERS: (working title) Modern-Day Odd Couple/comedy-Drama.
  • BIRDBRAINS: Action/Comedy

Silver Creek Pictures met with Representatives of the WRITERS GUILD OF AMERICA (west) in Los Angeles, and discussed requirements to produce Feature Film projects under the WGA LBA (WRITERS GUILD OF AMERICA LOW BUDGET AGREEMENT).  Copies of the agreement and support materials were received.  Silver Creek Pictures may also opt to become a WGA Signatory on specific projects, and work with Writers under the main WGA Agreement.  SCP was also invited to follow-up for more information, and may receive WGA Screenwriter screenplay group referrals for specific film genres that Silver Creek Pictures is interested in.  SCP may also contact WGA franchised Literary Agencies and individual WGA screenwriters to find other screenplays.

 
 
                         TELEVISION DEVELOPMENT:
 
Silver Creek Pictures, in addition to Feature Film Development and Production, is involved in two specific areas of Television Development.  Efforts are underway to Develop an Hour-Long episodic Drama and Reality TV Shows.
 
HOUR-LONG EPISODIC DRAMA: 
  • The main storyline under Development at this time revolves around a traditional lower middle-class New York neighborhood in the 1970's. 
  • Family, friends, a little crime, lots of food, people, and good times. 
  • This project will be targeted at an Adult audience for Pay-Cable Programming such as HBO or Showtime Networks.
 
REALITY TV SHOWS: 
  • Silver Creek Pictures is currently considering plot lines for Reality TV shows.
  • The main area of concentration is Action-Adventure/challenge-based shows. 
  • Programs with a definite Risk, Challenge and Final Reward that will keep the audience tuned in, and keep the contestants committed all the way to the final outcome no matter what they have to face.

 

VIDEO GAME DEVELOPMENT:

Silver Creek Pictures is actively pursuing the ever expanding area of Video Game Development, from concepts and designs, to funding and marketing.  This is a natural extension for SCP as an entertainment company.

  • Video Game genres of concentration include Action-Adventure, and Chiller-Thriller.
  • Additional Video Game genres areas are being considered.
  • Kerry Gammill designed the promotional art for the Video Game AREA 51.
  • Gammill, and others are working on new Video Game concepts.
  • SCP is open to outside Concepts/Designs from others.
  • Expansion of Funding and Marketing for Video Game Development is underway.
