FESTIVAL ASSOCIATIONS
We have recently formed associations with select
top-ranking International Film Festivals in the U.S.
in conjunction with current Film Acquisitions, as
well as attending the AFM and the IFFM. While at The
Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films,
we screened over 100 films in their Film Market,
Programming Director Anita Monga and Film
Administrator Alan Spano were helpful in directing
us to films. Several genre Film Festivals were also
attended, including Hollywood's Shriekfest Film
Festival & Screenplay Competition, where Denise
Gossett, Festival Founder/Director was very helpful
and supportive, referring many current and past
festivals films to us. We also formed a close
association with The Eerie Horror Film Festival in
Eerie, PA, where Greg Ropp, Festival President and
Vinny Stefanelli, Marketing Director, added a Page
to their My Space website for our Film Acquisitions.
Referrals and cross-promotions are underway with
them. Jason Carney, Senior Festival Director at The
International Horror & Sci-Fi Film Festival in
Phoenix, AZ coordinated with us before and during
their festival, providing information on past and
present festival films for us.
ACQUISITION FILMS
Non-exclusive rights will be acquired on films
for use as segments in SCP's upcoming Feature Film
Projects. These Film Projects will be similar in
format to THE TWILIGHT ZONE MOVIE, to be produced by
Silver Creek Pictures. SCP is considering
Thriller-Chiller, Gothic/Ghost Stories, Crime Drama,
War Drama, Dark Comedy, Fantasy & Sci-Fi,
Action-Adventure and Monster Movies. Genres may
expand in the future to include drama, comedy and
family films. TRT on the acquired film segments can
run about 10 to 30 mins. Our film selection process
is not unlike that of a film festival. SCP is now
accepting solicited film submissions through
festival referrals, or queries directly from
filmmakers who submit film information for
consideration (see Film Submissions). We're seeking
high quality films that will be compatible in theme,
tone quality and length. We are only acquiring
rights to Films that are available on a
non-exclusive basis for all markets. Any Limitations
on markets would limit the profit potential for
Silver Creek Pictures and all the filmmakers
involved.
ACQUISITION AGREEMENTS .
If Silver Creek Pictures decides to acquire
non-exclusive rights to a film, or option it for
Development, we will send the filmmaker a contract
offer to consider, and we will follow-up with emails
and/or phone calls as needed. On the first Feature
Project produced like this, filmmakers were paid a
flat one-time licensing fee for non-exclusive rights
on their films. On future projects, we plan to offer
Gross Profit percentages to the filmmakers.
Each filmmaker will retain copyright on their
individual Films and can pursue other markets and
Film Festivals, with only limited restrictions. Silver
Creek Pictures will act as distributor, marketer,
promoter and concept producer of these Projects. There may also be a development stage for the
Projects. It is our desire for this to be win-win
for all. We're planning these Feature Projects as an
on-going venture. Once a film is acquired
non-exclusively, or optioned, at our discretion,
certain films may then be promoted through the
Silver Creek Pictures' website, press, and other
promotional means.
FILM MARKETING
CREEPTALES (2004) Starring Tom Kenny (see
Production page), was the first completed Feature

Amazon, other Internet stores, nationally at Circuit
City, Best Buy, and Target. A recent deal was made
for distribution on 13 Top Pay-Per-View Broadband

DVD downloads, and our agreement also includes
Broadband broadcast delivered via Cell Phones, Ipods,
Blackberrys and other entertainment broadcast
delivery devices. The sequel, CREEPTALES 2: THE
NIGHTCREEPS is in Development, along with several other
Feature Films to be produced the same way (see
Development page). These Projects, produced similar
to THE TWILIGHT ZONE MOVIE, including award winning
films from around the world used as segments, may
find Limited Theatrical Markets. With Artfully
Produced Feature Films of this nature, a Limited
Theatrical Market is possible. It is the plan of
Silver Creek Pictures to pursue all available
Markets World Wide for these projects.
